Do you need my credit card?

No, we do not require a credit card to sign up. Once you sign up you can subscribe to one of our monthly plans at your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. All charges are in US Dollars.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Simply click on the billing drop-down from the main menu and you'll see options to switch between our 3 plans.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you cancel within 30 days of signing up, you will not be charged. If you choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation date.

How do refunds work? Do accounts prorate?

Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial. If you upgrade or downgrade we will automatically prorate the new subscription until the current billing cycle's end date. At the start of your next billing cycle the full amount of your new plan will be charged.

What does 100GB get me?

100 GB of bandwidth equates to 14,000 minutes (233 hours) of video watched. We don't charge you if someone loads the video and doesn't play it. We only count what they view.

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth?

We will automatically notify you before you exceed your monthly traffic so you can upgrade your plan. Otherwise, you will be charged according to our overage rates.
